I am an excellent climber and often carry my prey into trees where other predators cannot easily reach it. Habitat
I live in many different habitats including forests grasslands mountains savannas and dry regions across parts of Africa and Asia. I prefer places where I can find enough prey and good cover for hiding and hunting.
Visitor guidelines
Please stay behind the safety barriers and do not lean over or touch the fence. Loud noises or banging on the glass can disturb me. Never throw food or objects into my enclosure. Keep children close and follow zoo staff instructions so everyone can watch me safely and respectfully.
