I am a highly intelligent and social predator known for my strength, endurance, and teamwork. I usually live in a pack made up of family members who cooperate to hunt, protect their territory, and care for their young. I have strong jaws, sharp teeth, powerful legs, and thick fur that helps protect me in cold environments. My famous howl allows me to communicate with other wolves over long distances.

Habitat
I live in forests, grasslands, mountains, tundra, and other open wilderness areas across parts of North America, Europe, and Asia. I can survive in many different climates, from cold snowy regions to dry grasslands, as long as there is enough food and space.
Visitor guidelines
Please stay behind the safety barriers and do not try to touch or feed me. Avoid shouting, banging on the enclosure, or making sudden loud noises because these can disturb me. Never throw food or objects into my habitat. Keep children close and follow zoo staff instructions so everyone can observe me safely and respectfully.
